WeGotBalls.co.za takes your privacy very seriously. We do not sell or give away sensitive personal information (such as credit card information) to any company  From time to time WeGotBalls.co.za may send a 3rd party offer or a 3rd party may send an offer by email which WeGotBalls feels will be beneficial to you. By signing up to the WeGotBalls.co.za newsletter and email offers you agree to this policy. If you do not want 3rd party offer sent to your email address please unsubscribe the WeGotBalls.co.za email newsletter.

What type of information is kept?
If you register with WeGotBalls.co.za, we ask that you register as a new user, and to establish a username and password. You can access that information if you ever wish to modify it. For security purposes, we ask some questions that are unique, and only you will know. These questions are optional, how old our users are and how they heard about WeGotBalls.co.za

Promotions/Contests
Other promotions on this site, including giveaways, mail list registrations and contests, may require that you provide a shipping address and/or phone number so that we can contact you in the event a user is selected for a prize or award. This information is entered on our secure server. (See our Secure Technology statement below.)

This is the only information you must fill out to have your order processed: 
Your first and last name;
Your phone number; 
Your address (the address the card is billed to);
The billing address, city, state and country;
Name on the credit card;
Your credit card number and expiration date;
A password question and answer unique for your account. 
(A ship-to address is required if different from billing address.)

All transactions, and information gathering, are completed on our secure server. When you're in secure mode, your computer and our server begin communicating, sending data back and forth in an encrypted format. The encryption features of browser software are exceptionally powerful and ensure the security of this data as it is transmitted to our server. Your browser in secure mode will display a URL address beginning "https://" rather than the standard "http://". The "s" stands for "secure." In Microsoft Internet Explorer TM, you'll see a padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser window when the browser is in secure mode.

Information we'll NEVER ask
WeGotBalls.co.za does not request sensitive information such as a an ID Number, Passport number, Personal Identification Number (PIN) from a bank or credit card, or a driver's license number.

How do I change my information?
There are three different ways to modify your user information: 
1. Log in to your WeGotBalls.co.za account.
2. From the checkout area when you modify your account.
3. Call a Customer Service representative.
